A Property (boundary) Survey, also known as an A2 Survey, is our basic survey that can be used for many purposes. A property survey can be used for design, to obtain a certificate of occupancy, permits or to gain a better understanding of your property and its boundaries. Property surveys will show man made features such as Buildings, Driveways, Walls, and Fences, along with any natural features such as ponds and streams. A property survey will also depict any easements that might be encumbering or augmenting the property.
