An as-built survey is a survey that will show the improvements that were made to the property. Sometimes these surveys are conducted to private lands and other times they are used for roadways and improvements done by a municipality.
Different types of projects will require different data to be shown on the survey. We make sure to coordinate with your architect/engineer/municipality to ensure what you need is shown on the survey.
