CAUTION: We are aware of many title companies and attorneys getting very low estimates from companies offering surveying services or unlicensed practitioners using another surveyor’s seal. These fast and cheap surveys have proven to be highly inaccurate. We do multiple surveys per week for clients who just paid for a ‘survey’ done months prior while purchasing their home but their ‘surveyor’ will not respond to their calls or refuses to do additional work when needed.
If they wont stake it, they are not really surveying it!
