ALTA Surveys for commercial transactions are very detailed surveys which have standards set on a national level and must be followed precisely. We communicate with the lender to ensure what you need is what you get.
We also provide Survey Inspections of existing surveys. This is a visual inspection that is much quicker and less costly than having a new survey performed. This service is only available for commercial properties.
