A Topographical Survey is usually needed when designing or planning work to a property.
A topographical survey shows all the features shown on our Property Survey but also includes the elevation of the land. This is done by putting contour lines on the survey that show how the land is shaped. Most of the time a topographical survey will also include all tree locations and utilities servicing the land, as well as the street curbs and utilities in the street.
